DAYS 1-9: Start with Clean 9, the Detox programme which also gives a gratifying kick-start to weight-loss. This is the first step to a "clean" body that will set you on your way to a healthier, happier lifestyle.

DAYS 10-39: Follow up with Lifestyle 30, which will help your body to continue to purge itself of harmful chemicals and begin burning your fat stores. Sticking to the Clean and Lean programme for all 39 days will help you develop good habits for continued weight-loss and overall improved health. You can repeat the Lifestyle 30 programme as often as you wish until you reach your goal weight.
